| Product History | Product HistoryThis gin is made from a careful selection of 47 traditional and regional ingredients and differs from the 'Gin Monkey 47' by the addition of a special ingredient. The distillation of this ingredient is carried out independently with a maturation of 12 months in a clay container. It is then mixed with soft water from the Black Forest. Once this process is finished, this ingredient is added to the selection of 47 botanicals and they are macerated for one day and two nights to turn it into a real MONKEY. |
| Tasting note | Tasting notesPremium Gin, 47.0% alc./vol., Obtained by double distillation of grain plus a third with botanicals, and aged in clay pots. There are forty-seven botanicals that are infused, with fresh blueberry standing out as one of the finishes. The final product is balanced and complex, dry, with an intense juniper and citrus flavor, and a long residual bitterness. |
