A HEADER MENU on the left corner of the website header offers a quick peek and link to different parts of the website. Click any specific part to visit certain content.

A SIDE FILTER BAR is designed to help speed up the search of information as well as the creating of lists! One can find a filter bar on BRANDS AND PRODUCT pages as well as on LISTS pages.

The focus of the WECO user interface is a simple yet powerful SEARCH BAR with a self-fulfilling dropdown list. After login, the partner can type in key words to search for products.

MY LISTS

For each partner that has been granted WECO access, there is a DEFAULT LIST created together with the partner account which contains all the products available in the certain country market or specially for the partner. The partner is able to view the products in the list, download the content of a single product or the whole list, ask for API KEY for the list and build new lists based on the list.

On the basis of the DEFAULT LIST, the partner is able to create different CUSTOM LISTS according to different needs. The partner is able to view the products in the list, download the content of a single product or the custom list, add or delete products, and ask for API KEY for the list.

DOWNLOAD

The partner is able to download the content of one product in Excel format. The Excel file shall contain detailed information of the product in text and also the link to product packshots.

API KEY AND API LINK

A partner can ask for an API KEY and API LINK when there is the need to integrate the WECO list content into their own websites or apps. After the API integration, the product information shall stay updated on the partner’s website as it is on the WSS website which is in line with the Pernod Ricard PIM system in real time.

The API KEY and API LINK do not come with the partner account by default. The partner has to make a separate request after the creation of the account by clicking on the icon of API in MY LISTS. The partner shall have to fill in some necessary information and send the request for the approval of the WECO Support Team. Usually the API creation process will take more than 1 week, and thus a request in advance shall be necessary if the need is urgent.
