Ingredients for the Extra Colada: 50ml Chivas Extra 13 Rum Cask 30ml pineapple juice 25ml lime juice 20ml coconut cream Pineapple slice, to garnish Mint to garnish Method: Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend with ice for approximately 10 seconds. Pour into a tall glass filled to the top with ice. Garnish with the pineapple and mint. |
