| Tasting note | Tasting notesNose: Soft fruit flavours, in abundance. Prominent aromas of ripe pears, vanilla, and smooth honeycomb honey. There is also a background presence of orange peel zest with a slight spiciness and finally very delicate hazelnut oak notes. Palate: This Whisky bursts with fruity vibrancy and strong honey and pear notes. This is allied with rich flavours of dark chocolate, ginger, cinnamon, and the faintest sensation of liquorice root. Finish: Lingering, vibrant and harmonious. |
