Altos Tequila Reposado is 100% Weber Blue agave grown and hand-picked in Los Altos Highlands of Jalisco, México, aged from 6 to 8 months in white American oak ex-Bourbon small casks. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, fermented using organic yeast, crushed using the 500 years old Tahona Stone method and roller mill before being distilled in copper pot stills. Perfect neat and in crafted cocktails.
