Jameson is the world’s bestselling and favourite Irish whiskey. Jameson is produced from a blend of grain whiskey and single pot still whiskey, which uses a mixture of malted and unmalted or “green” Irish barley, all sourced from within a fifty-mile radius around the distillery in Cork. Founded in 1780 in Dublin, Ireland, the Midleton Distillery by John Jameson and Son produces some of the finest Irish whiskeys in the world. John Jameson pioneered the art of Triple Distillation, which is the tradition that gives Jameson whiskeys their exceptionally smooth taste. The tasting note offers a perfect balance of spicy, nutty, and vanilla notes with hints of sweet sherry and exceptional smoothness. On the nose, Jameson Irish Whiskey presents a light floral fragrance, peppered with spicy wood and sweet notes with iconic plain caramel colour.
